Aarti is the Founder of Climate Trends, and she has over 20 years of experience working on various communication efforts across the environment sector, and FMCGs. She has dedicated the last 12 years to advance the discourse on climate change in India. She holds an MBA in marketing from the Institute of Management Studies and an undergraduate degree in Zoology from Delhi University.

Anshi has a Master’s degree in Agricultural communication from GB Pant University of Agriculture and Technology in Pantnagar and a diploma in Video Editing & TV Production. She has several years of experience in academia, corporate communications and building regional level discussions. Her core areas of expertise are forward planning, organising initiatives around knowledge creation with data, public policy and socio-economic causes.

Anushka has over 11 years of experience in writing about climate change, climate science, environment and development issues. She completed her Masters in Internationalism Journalism from Cardiff University and currently resides in Mumbai.

Archit is an EV enthusiast and brings with him strong experience in the clean mobility sector. He has interacted with over 2,800 companies in clean mobility tech, land base and airborne systems, and has worked to convene diverse stakeholders in the sector. He led and implemented the Urban Mobility Lab workshop to accelerate the adoption of Evs in southern India in partnership with central and state level institutions. He holds a degree VIT Pune in industrial and production engineering. At Climate Trends, he provides strategic insights from the EV ecosystem to support communication strategies.

Arijit has vast experience working in private and public sector projects including with the World Bank, DFID, USAID, CIFF, Bloomberg, ECF, EC, SIDA, HSBC, NORAD and Government of India. He has previously worked with international organisations such as Mott MacDonald Pvt. Ltd., WWF-India, and IPE Global Ltd.

Debdatta is a social researcher with a Masters degree in Sociology from University of Hyderabad. She is in the process of obtaining her second Masters by Research in Climate Studies from IIT Bombay. She has worked at the Indian School of Business as a Research Editor for their flagship research periodical called ISBInsight. Her interests span the domains of climate vulnerability, adaptation and environmental governance and justice.

Gunjan leads our communications for air quality and climate impacts. She holds a masters in English Literature from Delhi University and a diploma in film making and television news from Jamia Millia Islamia University.

Kartiki supports our communication efforts for air quality and climate impacts, Her expertise lies in climate science, especially weather in India. She has over 12 years of experience.

Madhulika is a communications associate working with the team for over two years. She has vast experience in communications for the development sector. In the past, she has led communication for grass root energy projects, clean air and renewable energy.

Manjari designs our digital outreach and engagement plans to support the organisation’s goals. She has worked in the environment field for 7 years on various projects related to climate change. She has studied development communication and extension, which provides a strong foundation for her work with the climate sector.

Moonis writes on renewable energy and air pollution, prepares updates on global and national climate, energy and mobility. He is a Science graduate with a PhD in History.

Nishant, a post-graduate in Science and Technology Communication, brings with him experience of over 16 years in the domain of communications. He has worked with some of the top national and international development organisations, including multilateral agencies like UNICEF and UNDP.

Ojas has experience in developing and executing digital strategies across marketing, knowledge creation and engagement. She is passionate about sustainability and climate related issues. She holds a masters degree in Management Practice and Leadership, and a bachelors in Psychology. At Climate Trends, she supports digital strategies and outreach for air pollution and e-mobility. Ojas Khurana as Research and Digital Associate at Climate Trends. She joins us from Industree Foundation, a non-profit that works towards strengthening India's creative industry. Over 3 years, she led the team that set up an e-commerce platform - Flourish - that aggregates social enterprises in the space of art. She led content creation, management and digital marketing efforts for the platform. Her personal interest and passion for sustainability and climate related issues encouraged her to shift gears and use her digital and communication skills in this sector.

Palak has in-depth research experience on air quality exposure monitoring and health assessments. She holds an M.Sc. in Environmental Sciences and a Ph.D. from the University of Delhi with a doctoral thesis on "Bioaerosols: Enumeration & Impact on Health in an Urban Environment". Her research encompasses air quality monitoring, gene-environment interactions, exposure risk assessment, spatial epidemiological studies, remote sensing, GIS, multi-level modelling, and temporal analysis techniques.

Seema is an advisor and guides our regional strategic communication efforts in hindi speaking belts. She has a history of communication in the field of environment & climate change and has an in-depth understanding of environmental & health issues.

Shreeshan has over a decade of experience as a science and environment writer, and has worked with well-known environment magazines. He holds two masters degrees, one in journalism from Cardiff University and another in globalisation and development from Maastricht University.

Sonali has over 10 years of experience working in communication profiles with organisations working on environment and nature conservation, and climate change. She supports our strategic communications work in e-mobility, climate and social inclusion, and provides overall project management support.

Tuhin has over 20 years of experience tracking and understanding the climate policy, environment and sustainable development sector. He has extensively covered the crucial UN climate change summit held every year. Vandita supports the digital team in outreach and engagements. She has previously worked with Radio Mirch, World Resources Institute (WRI) and The Energy and Resources Institute. She holds a post graduate diploma in Mass Communication from Xavier institute of Communications (XIC), Mumbai and a Bachelor in Commerce from Delhi University.

Vinamrata supports our communication efforts in Maharashtra across all themes - air pollution, climate communications, energy, industry, etc. She holds a post graduate degree in journalist from the Asian College of Journalism, Chennai. She has 8 years of experience writing about policies, trends and human-interest stories from the education and environment sectors.
